Cables for agricultural engineering

SAB Broeckskes (Germany) developed an Isobus cable according to ISO 11783-2 for the use in agriculture vehicles. The product is resistant to microbes, ammonia, and comes with a good nurning behavior according to IEC 60 332-1-2.

Rough environmental conditions caused for example by weather influences, pollution, ammonia, or microbes require robust solutions for an application. Cables are particularly exposed to these unfavorable environmental conditions. For the laying in tractors, working machines ,and cultivation devices, the company offers Isobus cables and systems according to ISO 11783-2. Besides the generally applicable dimensions and sections, the company also develops special constructions according to the individual requirements of the customer even for small production quantities from 100 m for prototypes and samples, they explained. The cable comes with a temperature range of -40 °C to +90 °C, in free-moving state -5 °C to +90 °C.
